Manuel LEAL
Chief Executive Officer
Manuel Léal started his career at LCL (formerly known as Crédit Lyonnais) in 2000, fulfilling a number of roles in Paris and New York. In 2005, Manuel joined IDIA Capital Investissement as a Business Manager. He was appointed Associate Director of IDIA Capital Investissement in March 2019, then Executive Director in October 2022, and is a member of the IDIA Capital Investissement Executive Committee.
Manuel graduated from ESSEC Business School.
Nathalie LABARBERE-TAILPIED

Nathalie LABARBERE-TAILPIED
Finance and Operations Director
Nathalie Labarbère-Tailpied started her career at LCL (formerly known as Crédit Lyonnais) in 2001, in the Group Management Control Department. Between 2004 and 2014, she worked in a number of different roles at LCL Finance Department. Nathalie was hired by CACIF in July 2014 as a Financial Controller responsible for CACIF and its subsidiaries accounting, management control and cash management. In June 2022, she was appointed Finance and Operations Director and became a member of the Executive Committee of IDIA Capital Investissement.
Nathalie graduated from Toulouse Business School (Grande Ecole Programme).
Thomas BENAÏM
Strategy and Development Director
After initially working for an advertising agency, in 2004, Thomas Benaïm decided to spend some time travelling. On his return, he started a web design company, then joined Crédit Agricole Group. Since then, Thomas has been involved in the Group's transformation, working in strategic roles, project management and business development, while for the last four years he has been COO of Village by CA Paris, the first startup accelerator network and support structure specialising in companies’ transformations across all sectors of the economy. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in February 2022 as Business Development and Transformation Director.
Thomas holds a master’s degree in journalism, Broadcasting and Multimedia and an Executive Certificate in Finance from HEC
02. Investment Team
Cédric FONTAINE
Associate Director
Cédric Fontaine started his career in 2001 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in banking and investment fund auditing. In 2005, he was hired by the Internal Audit Department at Caisse d'Épargne Group, working in auditing and advisory, then in 2006 he joined the Private Equity and Finance Division of Crédit Agricole Group as Head of Internal Audit. Cédric joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2009, taking on several roles such as Business Manager and later becoming Investment Director. He was appointed as an Associate Director in October 2022.
Cédric graduated from ESC Grenoble and holds an Economics degree from Paris Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II).
Nicolas LAMBERT
Associate Director
Nicolas Lambert started his career in 1997 at Deloitte, in banking and investment fund auditing. In 1999, he joined CARVEST (Credit Agricole Group’s regional private equity subsidiary), and became Investment Director in 2002. Nicolas moved to Siparex in 2007, principally to manage investment activities in Italy. He was then appointed Investment Director at IDIA Capital Investissement in April 2009, later becoming Associate Director in October 2022.
Nicolas graduated from ESC Nantes (known as Audencia School of Management).
Jacques SIMON
Associate Director
Jacques Simon started his career in 1997 at Hong Kong branch of Crédit Agricole Indosuez, as Business Manager in commercial banking. In 1999, he moved to Ucabail, where he was responsible for the real estate leasing back office. In 2000, Jacques went to work as Business Manager at UI Gestion, branch of Crédit Agricole Group management company for venture capital fund, later becoming part of the LBO & Growth Equity team at Crédit Agricole Private Equity in 2004. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in April 2009, where he was appointed as Investment Director in February 2018 and then as Associate Director in October 2022.
Jacques graduated from IHEDREA (Institut des Hautes Études de Droit Rural et d'Économie Agricole) and ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion), where he specialised in organisational management on the doctorate programme.
Ludovic KESSLER
Investment Director
Ludovic Kessler joined IDIA Capital Investissement in November 2018 as an Investment Manager. His career in finance started with four years in transaction services at Advance Capital and three years in private equity as part of the MidCap team at SIPAREX. In 2013, Ludovic moved to the US group Tupperware Brands as Distributor Development Manager, before joining the private equity team of Crédit Agricole Nord Est in 2016. He was appointed as Investment Director in October 2020.
Ludovic graduated from Neoma and EM Lyon Business School, with a specialised master’s degree in Entrepreneurship.
Hervé PANZUTI
Associate Director
Hervé Panzuti started his career in 1998 in the Transaction Services teams at EY, after previously gaining some experience in auditing. In 2005, Hervé was hired by investment manager Centuria Capital, where he participated in a number of transactions on behalf of foreign institutional investors in the real estate sector (acquisition of residential and commercial asset portfolios), and later worked on proprietary private equity transactions in France and abroad. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in August 2021, as Private Equity Risk Manager. He was appointed Associate Director in September 2024.
Hervé graduated from EDHEC Business School and holds an Executive MSc in Finance from HEC.
Antoine PARIS
Investment Director
After several roles at Thales and EDF, in 2008 Antoine Paris joined to EY, where he spent four years working in the Sustainability team on CSR and energy transition assignments. In 2015, following three-year stint as a business owner, he joined Crédit Agricole Group’ subsidiary, CA Unifergie, to support the energy transition finance development, focusing on renewables in France and abroad. Antoine subsequently headed up the European finance team at Boralex, France's third-biggest wind farm operator. He was appointed as Investment Director at IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2022.
Antoine holds a master in science and environmental Engineering from Paris VII and Paris XII and from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
Alexandre PAVION
Investment Director
Alexandre Pavion started his career at a consulting firm in 2006. After eight years at KPMG Corporate Finance and a stint at Eight Advisory, Alexandre moved into corporate M&A, where his first role was at the Star Service transport group. He was then appointed Director of External Growth at agri-food group Labeyrie Fine Foods in 2017. During this period, Alexandre worked on several M&A transactions and made contributions in a number of strategic and financial areas. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement as Investment Director in September 2023.
Alexandre graduated from ESSEC Business School with a specialisation in Finance and Accounting.
François TERRIER
Investment Director
François Terrier started his career in 2006 at Neuflize OBC private bank (formerly known as ABN-AMRO), as Business Manager, later becoming Associate at the Neuflize OBC Corporate Finance investment bank. In 2012, François moved to Audacia as Investment Director responsible for sourcing and post-investment monitoring. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement as Investment Director in April 2022.
François graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and holds a master’s degree from HEC.
Céline ARSAC
Investment Manager
After three years as an analyst at BTP Capital Investissement, a specialised venture capital company focusing on SMEs, in 2018 Céline Arsac joined the investment team at Ouest Croissance, the private equity arm of three Banques Populaires in the Grand Ouest region. With special responsibility for investments in the local area of Banque Populaire Val de France, Céline supported the growth and buyout of several companies and developed a range of skills, particularly in the retail, wholesale and B2B service sectors. She came to IDIA Capital Investissement as Investment Manager in March 2021.
Céline holds a master’s degree in Asset Management from IPAG Business School Paris.
Hugues-Olivier CHATEAU
Investment Manager
Hugues-Olivier Chateau started his career in the Transaction Services Department at PwC in 2015. Over four years spent supporting a number of energy operators in their growth and development operations, in 2019 Hugues-Olivier moved to Conquest, an independent asset manager known for investing in real assets in the infrastructure and energy transition sectors in Europe. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2023 as an Investment Manager, specialising in energy transition themes.

Grégoire COLY
Investment Manager
Grégoire Coly started his career in 2012 at IDIA Capital Investissement as Business Manager in agricultural, vineyard and forestry land investment groups. In 2015, Grégoire joined Avril Group, initially as Business Manager for its subsidiary Sofiprotéol, an investment company that takes minority investments in agri-food companies, then from 2019 as M&A Manager in the industrial division, contributing to the Group's external growth strategy. He returned to IDIA Capital Investissement as an Investment Manager in September 2023.
Grégoire is an Agronomic Engineer graduated from the Institut Supérieur d’Agriculture de Lille (JUNIA Group) and holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Lille 2 University.
Louis GENEST
Investment Manager
Louis Genest started his career in 2015 at CIC Conseil in Paris as an analyst, before becoming an M&A Business Manager. In 2018, Louis moved to the investment team of the OGF Group, where he participated in a number of M&A transactions and worked in business development and public service delegation financing. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Investment Manager in May 2023.
Louis holds a master’s degree in financial engineering from EM Lyon Business School.
Vincent MAGUET
Investment Manager
Vincent Maguet started his career in 1994 at Crédit Agricole Val de France, where he stayed for many years, working as an advisor to individuals, businesses and farmers. After managing several branches and Business Hubs, in 2017 Vincent took over responsibility for the agriculture sector of that branch. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Investment Manager in August 2023.
Mathilde MARTEL
Investment Manager
Mathilde Martel joined IDIA Capital Investissement in April 2022 as an Investment Manager after three years at 21 Invest fund, where she worked as a Business Manager. Her previous roles were Assistant Manager in Transaction Services at Deloitte and Private Equity Analyst at Société Générale Capital Partenaires.
Mathilde graduated from DSCG, holds a master’s degree in engineering from EM Lyon Business School and has been awarded with the AMF certification.
Pierre-Arnaud PINCZON DU SEL
Investment Manager
Pierre-Arnaud Pinczon du Sel started his career in 2013 as an analyst at Lincoln International in Paris, before becoming an M&A Business Manager. Pierre-Arnaud then moved to the SPIE Group in 2017 as M&A Manager, working on SPIE's external growth strategy in France and elsewhere in Europe, participating in a number of transactions of various sizes across all geographies and sectors covered by the group. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Investment Manager in March 2021.
Pierre-Arnaud graduated from ESSEC Business School.
Domitille TANDONNET
Investment Manager
Domitille Tandonnet started her career in 2013 at Crédit Agricole Group's corporate and investment banking. After two years in the trading room in London, Domitille moved to the Internal Audit department in 2015, where she specialised in structured finance and trading activities in France and on international markets. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2020, as a Business Manager.
Domitille holds a master’s degree in mathematics and a master's degree in Asset Management (222) from Paris-Dauphine University.
Thomas CLERC

Thomas Clerc started his career in 2009 at KPMG (auditing). After two years, he moved to Banque Palatine to work as an ECM/DCM Analyst. In 2015, Thomas joined the ECM and M&A teams at SODICA Corporate Finance. He came to IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2020, as Energy Transition Business Manager.
Thomas holds a master's degree from ESC Lille (known as Skema Business School) and a master’s degree in accounting, control and auditing.
Arnaud HALLOPE
Associate
Arnaud Hallopé started his career in 2017 as project finance consultant. Arnaud moved to Crédit Agricole Group in 2018 as Business Manager at CA Unifergie, where he worked on project financing in the renewable energy sector. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in March 2022 as Business Manager, specialising in energy transition themes.
Arnaud graduated from Les Mines de Douai engineering school.
Mathilde MAILHÉ
Investment Manager
Mathilde Mailhé started her career in 2015 with CMI Stratégies. For more than six years, Mathilde assisted companies with their growth and repositioning goals, and carried out strategic audits of small and mid-cap private equity funds, working primarily in the healthcare, industry services and IT sectors. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2021 as Business Manager.
Mathilde holds a master’s degree in business management and a MSc in Strategy and Organisation from EDHEC Business School.
David MERINO
Associate
David Merino started his career in 2018 in the Private Equity team of consulting firm CMI Stratégies. David spent two years working with investment funds on strategic due diligence and strategic plans for their portfolio companies. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement as Analyst in October 2020.
David graduated in Agronomic Engineering from AgroParisTech.
Adrien TAWEGOUM

Adrien Tawegoum started his career in 2016 at Deloitte, in the Transaction Service department. After three and a half years, Adrien moved to the Restructuring department where he worked with underperforming companies. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in February 2022, as a Business Manager.
Adrien holds a MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School.
Clément BARLET
Associate
Clément Barlet joined Crédit Agricole Group in 2015, working initially for Crédit Agricole SA, where he provided strategy advisory for the Group Strategy Department, before moving to Crédit Agricole CIB in 2018 to work in its strategy teams. He was appointed as Business Manager - Strategy and Growth at IDIA Capital Investissement in March 2022 and moved to the Investor team as a Business Manager in January 2024.
Clément holds a master’s degree in business management and a MSc in Strategy and Organisation from EDHEC Business School.
Clément CHABBERT

Clément Chabbert completed a number of internships in the agri-food sector, working mainly in viticulture/vineyards and purchasing for large retail groups. He then joined the Crédit Agricole Group as Credit Analyst, before moving to IDIA Capital Investissement in 2021, where he is currently Business Manager.
Clément graduated in Agronomy Engineering from Ecole d'Ingénieurs de PURPAN and holds a specialised master's degree in International Agri-food Management from ESSEC Business School.
Adrien DE MONTAIGNAC

Titulaire du Diplôme d'Études Supérieures en Management (DESMA) ainsi que du Master of Science in Finance de Grenoble École de Management (campus Singapour), Adrien a eu l’opportunité de réaliser de précédents stages en M&A (Eurallia Finance Paris) et en Structured Finance (Shipping & Energy) au CIC Asia Pacific à Singapour.
Adrien rejoint les équipes d’IDIA Capital Investissement en janvier 2021 en tant qu'Analyste, puis est promu Chargé d'Affaires en janvier 2024.
Arnaud FOURVEL
Analyst
Arnaud Fourvel started his career while still a student, working as Agricultural Attaché of the Regional Economic Department - Middle East in Beirut (Directorate General of the Treasury). His next position was in the Strategy department of the Avril Group as an Intern. In September 2023, Arnaud joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Analyst, after completing his final year internship.
Arnaud graduated in Agronomic Engineering from AgroParisTech, with a specialisation in strategy and finance.
Auriane LE RAY
Analyst
Auriane Le Ray joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Analyst in 2023, after completing her final year internship. During her studies, Auriane undertook internships at the Real Estate division of Crédit Mutuel, in real estate leasing risk analysis, and then at Veolia, in project financing and investment.
Auriane holds a master's degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering (225) from Paris Dauphine University.
Faora NARAYANAN
Analyst
After two years of HEC preparatory classes, Faora Narayanan enrolled at Toulouse Business School to specialising in corporate finance. Faora completed her internships in financial auditing and in a FinTech company which is a market leader in leasing in France. She also participated in an exchange program with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, before joining the Financial Audit department of Crédit Agricole Capital Investissement & Finance (CACIF) as an apprentice in 2021.
Faora joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Analyst in September 2022, after obtaining a master’s degree in management and an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Toulouse Business School.
Alexandre BARBE
Analyst
Alexandre Barbe spent more than a year acquiring investment experience as an intern at UI Investissement, a small and mid-cap private equity company, then at Lita.co in capital innovation, focusing on businesses that have a positive environmental and social impact. In 2022, he joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Analyst, after completing his final year internship.
Alexandre holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering (225) from Paris Dauphine University.
Philippe DE VARINE
Analyst
As an engineering student at Ecole Supérieure d’Agricultures in Angers, Philippe de Varine acquired a range of experience in the agriculture, agri-food and environment sectors. He also worked in financial analysis in the agricultural sector at Crédit Agricole Anjou Maine.
Philippe joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2023 as an Analyst after completing a work-study contract.
Louis TRIBOUILLET
Analyst
Louis Tribouillet has a double degree in International Management from Neoma Business School in France and UIBE in China. After developing a strong interest in finance and entrepreneurship, Louis took internships in management control at InVivo Trading, in M&A at Investment Partners and in private equity at IDIA Capital Investissement. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2023 as an Analyst after completing a work-study contract.
Louis holds an MSc in International Financial Analysis from Neoma Business School.
Romain CORMIER
Analyst
Romain joined IDIA Capital Investissement's Energy Transition team as an analyst after graduating in 2024. Romain had the opportunity to complete several private equity internships in London and Paris. In particular, he worked on several renewable energy investments with the ARDIAN Infrastructure and DEMETER Infra teams.
Romain graduated from the Magistère BFA program at Paris Dauphine University.
Romane JEAN
Analyst
Romane joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an Analyst, following her graduation internship in September 2024. As part of her academic curriculum, she completed a first internship in Audit at Deloitte, followed by a second internship in Transaction Services at Squareness.
Romane is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University.

Bénédicte D'ALIGNY
ESG Director
After more than seven years with LCL as Corporate Business Manager, in 2001 Bénédicte d’Aligny went to Crédit Agricole CIB to work in the Securitisation team (Corporate segment). In 2010, Bénédicte was given responsibility for covering a portfolio of financial institutions, then in 2013, she moved to the Finance department of Crédit Agricole SA, where she worked in the team responsible for structuring refinancing transactions, notably coordinating - alongside Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole - the implementation of several mortgage loan securitisations on behalf of Caisses Régionales. Bénédicte subsequently joined IDIA Capital Investissement in 2018 as a Business Manager responsible for monitoring a number of cross-functional projects.
Bénédicte holds a master’s degree in management sciences and a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Banking and Finance from Paris Dauphine University.
Mégan TREMELOT
ESG Business Manager
Mégan Trémelot started her career in 2015 with EY in financial auditing, then spent three years in the company's Sustainability team advising on sustainable development.
In 2020, Mégan moved to CITEO, an eco-organisation specialising in household packaging and graphic paper to help firms reducing their environmental impact. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in January 2023 as a Senior ESG Analyst.
Mégan graduated in Agronomic Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse (INP-ENSAT).
Béatrice FIEUX-CASTAGNET
ESG Analyst
Béatrice Fieux-Castagnet started her career in 2020 at the European Commission, where she contributed to the development of the Farm to Fork strategy. Béatrice subsequently moved to sustainability consultancy ERM to work as a consultant in areas such as climate change, CSR strategies and sustainable finance. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an ESG Analyst in September 2023.
Béatrice is an agronomic engineer specialising in sustainable food systems and a graduate of Institut Agro Dijon (formerly known as AgroSup Dijon).
Auriane LE ROCH
ESG Analyst
Auriane Le Roch started her career in 2021 with Meridiam as an ESG Analyst after working abroad as an Auditor, Credit Risk Analyst and M&A Analyst. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement as an ESG Analyst in April 2023.
Auriane holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Skema Business School.

Elodie MASSIAS
Head of Business Line Development
Elodie Massias started her career in 2001 in asset management at Crédit Mutuel Group. Elodie joined the Crédit Agricole group in 2005, and later worked at Sud Rhône Alpes and Alsace Vosges Caisses Régionales, in wealth management and heading up the Treasury - Fiduciary teams and the Personal Injury department. In 2017, she moved to the Finance department of Crédit Agricole SA, where she worked as Permanent Control Officer - ALM with responsibility for liaising with the Caisses Régionales. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in February 2024 as Head of Business Line Development.
Elodie holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Banking and Finance from Lyon 2 University.
Hedieh MINOO
Investor Relations Officer
Hedieh Minoo started her career in 2017 at Société Générale subsidiary Lyxor Asset Management, where she was in charge of Investor Relations for institutional clients in Paris. Then she switched team and moved to New York, still in charge of Investor Relations for US and LATAM clients. On her return in 2020, she joined Mata Capital, where she was in charge of Investor Relations on behalf of third parties and partners. Two years later, Hedieh moved to Kempen Capital Management, a Dutch asset manager specialising in ESG thematic funds. She was appointed Investor Relations Officer at IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2023.
Hedieh holds a double degree MSc in Management and Finance from EM Lyon Business School and a degree in Economics and Management from Paris Nanterre University (Paris X).
Berro Alexia
Strategy and Development Business Manager
Alexia Berro began her career in 2013 with a strategy consulting firm specializing in Aerospace / Defense / Construction. After 5 years, she joined Niji where she was Consulting Director in charge of new offers within a practice specialized in Strategy & Technology. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2024 as Strategy & Development Business Manager.

Stéphane BARBARO
Head of Middle Office
Stéphane Barbaro started his career at Crédit Agricole Group in 1996, at LCL, where he held various roles such as Credit Analyst for the large cap portfolio and Head of SME Customers. In 2003, Stéphane moved to Crédit Agricole CIB as a Portfolio Manager for LBO acquisition financing, before joining Crédit Agricole Private Equity arm in 2007 as Portfolio Manager for mezzanine funds. In 2012, he joined IDIA Capital Investissement as Head of Middle Office.
Stéphane holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Corporate Finance from Rennes University and a MSc from Toulouse University. He has been awarded with the AMF certification since 2019.
Sophie MASSON
Middle Office Business Manager
Sophie Masson started her career in 1988 in Human Resources Department at Crédit Agricole SA. She has held a number of roles in different areas: Middle Office Assistant, Management Assistant, Legal Research Officer and Investment Group Officer. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2021, as a Middle Office Business Manager.

Corinne Noriega started her career in 1990 at Crédit Agricole subsidiary SOPAGRI, where she held roles in a number of areas: Management Assistant, Treasury Officer and Investment Group Officer. Corinne joined the Middle Office team in January 2020.
Catherine PEJAC
Middle Office Business Manager
Catherine Pejac started her career in 1990 with Crédit Agricole's real estate subsidiary as an Assistant, then moved to the Real Estate Investment Group team as Business Manager in 1994. Catherine joined the Middle Office team at IDIA Capital Investissement in 2009 as Portfolio Officer.
Valentin VEYNACHTER
Middle Office Business Manager
Valentin Veynachter started his career in 2002 at CACEIS in Paris. After working in listed fund administration for six months, he spent four years in the Accounting and Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Valuation Department. In 2022, Valentin was hired by Cathay Capital as a Middle Officer Analyst for private equity and venture capital funds, mainly working around Chinese, US and European investments. In November 2023, he joined IDIA Capital Investissement as a Middle Office Business Manager.
Valentin holds a master’s degree in finance from ESC Troyes and completed his final year internship at KPMG Luxembourg.
Léo HOGOMMAT
Middle Office Business Manager
Léo Hogommat started his career in 2020 at Crédit Mutuel Impact management company. At the end of a one-year training contract, Léo joined the Middle Office, where he carried out cross-functional management control and financial control duties. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in January 2024, as a Middle Office Business Manager.
Léo holds a master’s degree in finance from IESEG Paris.

Dilan Toraman started her career at EY as an auditor in the Asset Management division, spending more than four years auditing funds and management companies. Marie-Odile Schaad started her career in 1998 at KPMG, subsequently working for the Internal Audit departments of HSBC, CACIB and CNCE. In 2006, she moved to Natixis as Senior Administrative Officer for third-party management. In 2014, Marie-Odile was hired by Hiram Finance a consulting firm as Head of Asset Management Post-Trade Regulation and Executive Committee member. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement as Compliance and Internal Control Manager in March 2023.
Marie-Odile holds an advanced master’s degree (Magistère) in Finance from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Caroline MATOGA
Compliance Analyst
Caroline Matoga started her career in 2020 as an apprentice in the Risk and Compliance department of Crédit Foncier, a subsidiary of BPCE banking group. Two years later, and after completing her master’s degree in finance at Paris School of Business, Caroline was hired by BNP Paribas Private Bank in 2022 for the discretionary mandate section of its Permanent Control team, working on control assignments and monitoring portfolio risks. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement as a Compliance Analyst in September 2023.
Caroline holds a master’s degree in finance from Paris School of Business and is enrolled on a specialised master’s degree in finance and Asset Management at SKEMA Business School.
Cindy ANCELOT
Risk Analyst
Cindy Ancelot started her career in 2016 at LCL subsidiary as a Junior Business Manager, before becoming Credit Analyst and senior decision-maker in the Corporate Engagement Department. In September 2021, Cindy moved to Coface as a Senior Risk Underwriter, where she took risk positions on companies located in France and abroad. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement as a Risk Analyst in February 2024.
Cindy holds a master's degree in Corporate Finance from Toulouse School of Management.

Jean LEBRETON
Legal Director
Jean Lebreton started his career as a legal specialist at the AMF before becoming a Corporate/M&A lawyer at a US law firm. In 2010, Jean was hired by Crédit Agricole Group, working initially at LCL, then later at SODICA Corporate Finance. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in 2015 as Head of the Legal Department.
Jean holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris II-Assas University, a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in Business Law from Aix-Marseille III University, a master’s degree in finance from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and a Specialised master’s degree in law and international Business Management from HEC. He also holds the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA).
Olivier LUTZ-SORG
Legal Adviser
Olivier Lutz-Sorg started his career in 2015 at CIC Group in the Origination and Syndication - Acquisition Finance and LBO team, in Paris. After three years at CIC, in 2018 Olivier was hired by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations as a Legal Adviser in the Banking, Financing and Capital Markets Department. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in May 2023, as a Private Equity Legal Adviser.
Olivier holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris-Dauphine University and a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris I). He has been awarded with the AMF certification.
Sandrine VIEUX-ROCHAS

Sandrine Vieux-Rochas started her career in 2000 at CIC as a Legal Adviser, working on corporate disputes. Sandrine joined Crédit Agricole Group in 2003 as a Legal Adviser on contracts in Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring legal team, then she moved to CACIB legal department in 2005, where she worked initially as a Legal Adviser in international finance, and subsequently gained further expertise over seven years as a Legal Adviser on the structuring of securitisation transactions. In 2017, she was hired as a Legal Adviser to Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole (FNCA), and then she joined IDIA Capital Investissement as a Senior Private Equity Legal Advisor in January 2023.
Sandrine holds a master’s degree in Private and European Law (Caen-Bergen) and a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in Business Law from René Descartes University (Paris V).
Lisa DONATIEN

Lisa Donatien started her career in the corporate world as an Assistant, before moving to a corporate law firm. After working with a number of well-known Paris-based lawyers in areas such as corporate law, commercial and industrial disputes and intellectual property for several years, she undertook a series of freelance assignments. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in June 2023, as a Legal Research Officer.
Lisa holds a Degree in Applied Foreign Languages and International Business and has completed a training course in business law.

Nathalie Labarbère-Tailpied started her career at LCL (formerly known as Crédit Lyonnais) in 2001, in the Group Management Control Department. Between 2004 and 2014, she worked in a number of different roles at LCL Finance Department. Nathalie was hired by CACIF in July 2014 as a Financial Controller responsible for CACIF and its subsidiaries accounting, management control and cash management. In June 2022, she was appointed Finance and Operations Director and became a member of the Executive Committee of IDIA Capital Investissement.
Nathalie graduated from Toulouse Business School (Grande Ecole Programme).
Lénaïg DAUFRESNE
Financial Controller
Lénaïg Daufresne started her career in 2002 at LCL (formerly known as Crédit Lyonnais), working in management control for the Mediterranean Operations Department. In 2005, she moved to LCL's Finance Department in Paris, where she was responsible for various teams (including the Back Office and IT teams). In 2014, Lénaïg joined the Payments and International Business Department to coordinate the payment flow teams, then in 2019 she took over responsibility for the IT Department's Oversight and Sourcing team. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2022, as a Financial Controller.
Lénaïg holds the Certificate of Aptitude in Business Administration, a post-graduate degree (DESS) from IAE Rouen.
Gladys DZABA-TSIMBA
Management Controller
After working as a Financial Analyst for six years at BNP Paribas Group, Gladys Dzaba-Tsimba moved to the International Management Control team at BNP Paribas subsidiary Arval, where she was responsible for monitoring and supporting the Hungarian and Romanian entities.
She joined IDIA Capital Investissement as a Management Controller in 2019.
Gladys holds a master’s degree in management Control, Accounting and Auditing from Paris-Saclay University (Paris XI).
Violaine NICOLAY
Cash Management Officer
Violaine Nicolaÿ started her career in 2000 as an accountant at 3C Group in Issy-les-Moulineaux. After working as an accountant for Procolor (2002-2006) and Poweo (2006-2011), in the industrial and energy sectors respectively, Violaine joined the Crédit Agricole Group at the end of 2011 as an accountant with CA SGS. She was later transferred to the Financial/Cash Management team in 2017.
In 2021, Violaine joined the accounting team at IDIA Capital Investissement.
Didier BILLE
Accounting Manager
Didier Bille started his career in 1988 at Banque Pommier - private bank - as a regulatory accountant focusing on prudential ratios. In 1990, Didier moved to Banque Industrielle et Mobilière Privée, where he became Chief Accountant and Deputy CFO in 1992. Then, in 1998 he was hired by Banque Populaire Nord de Paris - retail bank - as Head of Accounting and Tax. In 2000, Didier joined Lazard Frères Banque - investment bank - where he was made Deputy Finance Director a few years later. He joined IDIA Capital Investissement in 2015, as Accounting and Consolidation Manager.
Didier holds a degree in accounting (BTS) from ENC Bessières and a degree in Accounting and Finance (DECF) from INTEC Paris.
Mariam DABO
Deputy Accounting Manager
Mariam Dabo started her career in 2007 at an accountancy and audit firm. After six and a half years, Mariam moved to a financial holding company where she set up the Accounting and Finance Department and spent nine years working on the financial and accounting aspects of securities management, specifically in the energy, luxury goods, wood and wine sectors. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2022, as Deputy Accounting and Consolidation Manager.
Mariam holds a double master’s degree in accounting and management (DSCG) and was awarded the International Certificate in Corporate Finance by HEC Paris in 2020.
Alicia CHABANE
Accounting Officer
Alicia Chabane was hired as a General Accountant by insurance broker April International Voyage Group, where two years later she was made Financial Controller. In search of a new challenge, at the end of 2021, Alicia joined the accounting team at Eleni Group, which has a number of restaurants in its portfolio, including those belonging to the celebrity chefs Juan Arbelaez and Amandine Chaignot. She joined IDIA Capital Investissement in September 2023, as an Accounting Officer.

Marie-Laure DESHAIES
Accounting Officer
Marie-Laure Deshaies joined Crédit Agricole Group in 2014, as Payroll Officer at LCL's Central Payroll Office, where she managed teams for two entities. In 2018, Marie-Laure was transferred to Crédit Agricole SA, working in the same role in payroll and HR administration but with additional responsibilities, participating in cross-functional HR projects such HR digital system implementation. Looking to boost her career, she joined the Finance department of Idia Capital Investissement in September 2023, as an Accounting Officer.
Marie-Laure holds a BSc in Accounting and a certificate in Management Control.
Lucile POILVE

Lucile Poilvé started her career in banking. After working for a number of different banks and gaining experience in accounting, Lucile joined the Accounting-Consolidation teams at IDIA Capital Investissement in 2022.

Vanessa JOUSSE
Human Resources Director
Vanessa Jousse started her career in 2001 at a private hospital group based in Levallois-Perret (92). After ten years of providing support to healthcare staff and managing projects as Head of Human Resources, Vanessa joined Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole (FNCA) in 2011, also as Head of Human Resources. She was appointed Human Resources Director at IDIA Capital Investissement in December 2023.
Vanessa holds a master’s degree in Private Law with Employment Law from Paris Nanterre University (Paris X) and a post-graduate degree in Employment Law (DESS) from Paris-Saclay University (Paris XI).
Madison LE GUILLOU

Madison Le Guillou opted to follow a work-study program and started to work in September 2018 as HR in the training and academic partnerships department of the Total Énergies Research Centre. She subsequently continued her training with CACIF, starting September 2020. After completing her studies, Madison joined IDIA Capital Investissement as a Human Resources Officer.
Madison has a degree in Social Work (DUT) and a degree in Educational Sciences and Skills Engineering, a Degree in Human Resources from CNAM and a master’s degree in human resources management from IGS-RH Paris.

Communications and CSR Manager
Marie-Catherine Cornic joined the Group's Training Institute IFCAM in June 2012, after eight years as Communications and Human Resources Director at Crédit Agricole Centre-Est Immobilier. Among other cross-functional projects, Marie-Catherine was responsible for structuring the national training program for Square Habitat estate agencies and the real estate operations training programme for Caisses Régionales. She then moved to the Group Human Resources Department at Crédit Agricole SA, to launch the new employer branding initiative #toutcommenceici and to develop the Group's "Attractiveness" policy. In November 2017, Marie-Catherine became Communications and CSR Manager at Crédit Agricole Capital Investissement & Finance (CACIF).
Marie-Catherine graduated in Law from Aix-Marseille University.
