Endorsing the highest CSR standards is a daily priority for IDIA Capital Investissement. We are determined to be a responsible employer, to reduce our environmental footprint and to improve our corporate governance practices.

IDIA Capital Investissement has adopted a corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy.
As part of our CSR strategy, we have implemented a number of initiatives, with three main aims.
- Acting as a responsible employer.
We operate a proactive remote policy and an extensive training programme, and as part of our commitment to treating all employees equally. In addition, we have implemented measures to prevent discrimination. Furthermore, an employee satisfaction survey is conducted annually. To further improve their satisfaction, a survey is carried out by an external advisor, which provides employee suggestions that are used to create new sets of actions to improve job satisfaction. Since 2019, IDIA Capital Investissement has pursued a sponsorship policy with a number of charitable associations. - Reducing our environmental footprint.
Our efforts in this area are reflected in our own working environment, a High Environmental Quality (HEQ) building, as well as a recycling system, the digitisation of documentation, careful consideration of employees travel contribution to our carbon footprint, controlled energy consumption, etc. - Improving our governance practices.

We strongly favour permanent contracts. In addition to mandatory profit-sharing bonuses, IDIA Capital Investissement employees are eligible for Crédit Agricole SA's profit-sharing, shareholding schemes and savings plans.

The portion of women working at IDIA Capital Investissement is growing. In 2022, 42% of our employees were women. IDIA Capital Investissement is a signatory of the France Invest "Charter Promoting Gender Equality".
Every year, our employees attend training courses to perfect their technical and regulatory knowledge and develop their soft skills. In 2019, each employee received 31 hours of training on average, up from 22 hours the previous year.
We carefully monitor the carbon footprint generated by our activities. When it comes to employee travel, we favour the least carbon-intensive modes of transport.
